Admission Information
The admission criteria used to determine admission arrangements for the Academic year 2025-26 will be as follows:
- Entry examination. Offers are made based on merit order related to the applicant’s performance in the entrance examination.
- Age Preference: The age preference is 14+ due to the nature of the course and syllabus.
- The Duke of Edinburgh Award: Part of the learning system and syllabus here at Madrassah Siddiqul Habib is taking part in The Duke of Edinburgh Award (more information can be found on the tab dedicated to curriculum)

Waiting list
Applicants who are not admitted will have their names placed on a waiting list. The order of names on this waiting list will be determined based on the application of the admissions criteria.
Late applications
If there is a valid reason for an application being submitted after the deadline, and if it is received before the management has finalized the list of children to be admitted, the management may consider the late application alongside those that were submitted on time. Otherwise, applications which are received after the closing date will be considered after all the others that were received on time and placed on the waiting list in order according to the criteria.
Fraudulent applications
If the school determines that inaccurate information has been submitted on the application, admission will be denied for the child. Should it later come to light that false information was provided, any offer of a place may be revoked by the management.
Refusal of a place
Some applicants may not meet the required standard and therefore will not be offered places.
Application Submission
